hey, friends!

I’m Renee Socha
I’m the autism mama behind Grace Guided Life, a space I started in 2018 to connect with other moms raising kids with disabilities. My daughter Claire was born in 2014 with several genetic disorders and later diagnosed with cerebral palsy and autism.
As I navigate motherhood, I share our journey—the messy, meaningful, and joy-filled parts—in hopes of encouraging other families. I’m also a travel advisor who specializes in family, group, and special needs travel. Helping families create stress-free, memory-making adventures is one of my greatest passions!
Whether you’re here for encouragement or travel tips, I hope you feel seen and supported. I’d love to connect—feel free to message me anytime on Instagram!
